Apartman je potpuno nov. Udaljen je oko100 km od Beograda, na 500 m nadmorske visine. Izgradjen je od drveta i drugih prirodnih materijala. Unutrašnjost je kombinacija modernog i retro stila. Apartman se sastoji od dnevnog boravka sa kuhinjom i kupatilom i potkrovlja sa galerijom i terasom. Sadrži tri ležaja ( bračni,singl i kauč na razvlačenje). Objekat je klimatizovan. Gostima je na raspolaganju dvorište sa bazenom,ležaljkama, suncobranima. U dvorištu se nalazi i paviljon sa garniturom za sedenje i moderan roštilj.Objekat se nalazi na 2,5 km.od centra varošice Rudnik u kojoj se nalazi moderan supermarket,restoran,picerija,sportski tereni otvoreni bazeni i drugi sadržaji neophodni za kvalitetan boravak.
Domaćin objekta je uvek na raspolaganju kako bi gostima odmor bio ugodan. Raspoložen za saradnju i sugestije gostiju kako bi unapredili sadržaje i kvalitet boravka.
Rudnik ima mnoštvo sadržaja koje treba posetiti. Treba istaći prelepu prirodu i čist vazduh. Uredjene pešačke staze i seoske puteve. Sjajan pogled sa vrha planine 1132 m.ili arh.lokaliteta Prljuša 1000 m nad.visine. U blizini je i istorijsko uzvišenje Ostrvica na koju je izazov popeti se. Ima i mnoštvo arheoloških i istorijskih lokaliteta. U blizini našeg objekta je Srpski Holivud do koga se ide prelepom pešačkom stazom kroz šumu. Takodje na Rudniku postoje sportski tereni, pošta, ambulanta,dobri restorani,prodavnice i dr. Gornji Milanovac je na 10 km, a blizu je i istorijsko mesto Takovo itd.
