Naš objekat napravljen je na temelju stare porodične kuće koja datira s kraja 19. veka. Inspiracija za ovaj projekat, kao i bavljenje turizmom i ugostiteljstvom je u čast i sećanje na naše pretke koji žive na ovom imanju već 2 veka. Tradicija gostoprimstva naših predaka i želja za praćenjem najviših standarda u ugostiteljstvu pretočena je u realizaciju i opremanje ovog savremenog i raskošnog objekta koji odiše elegancijom i stilom. Pogodnosti našeg objekta ogledaju se u tome što se nalazimo u neposrednoj blizini gondole - Brzeće - Mali Karaman na svega 5 minuta hoda. Preko puta našeg objekta nalazi se besplatan parking za sve goste, a na samo na 2 minuta nalazi se crkva Svetog Romana koja je sagrađena 2021. godine.
