The apartment is furnished and equipped with new equipment, to provide "at home" conditions for tourists visiting Sibiu. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with electric hob, hood, microwave oven, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, etc. From the kitchen we go to the small room, where we have a sofa bed and TV. From the small room you enter the bathroom, where we have shower, washbasin and washing machine with drying feature. From the small room you also enter into the spacious bedroom, where we have an extensible table, smart LCD TV, wardrobe and a comfortable double bed.

After 1860, for a short time, in this building the Musikverein orchestra performed conducted by Hermann Bömicke. Here is a fragment from an official document: "Due to the events of 1848/1849 and the post-revolutionary period the activity of Musikverein ceased and will be resumed only in 1860, when Hermann Bömicke, musical director, will reorganize the entire activity (both of the Association and of the music schools). The rehearsal of the orchestra was held in a house located on no. 3 Centumvirilor Street, made available by the city municipality, then in the back body of the Brukenthal Palace." The apartment is located in a historical building, the year of construction of the building is lost in the darkness of time, somewhere through the 18th century. Centumvirilor Street is one of the most beautiful streets in Sibiu, it is also called "dog's back" by the locals. The apartment offers a beautiful view, the location is 2 minutes from the "Piata Mare" and a few minutes from the best attractions and restaurants in the central area.
