Property information

Relax in this quiet and exceptional apartment. It has a bedroom, a bathroom, a dining room, and a balcony with a barbeque. You will have a beautiful view. This apartment is located in an excellent area. Around you have El Shopping del Sol and innumerable restaurants to enjoy typical and international meals

Neighbourhood information

Located meters away from Shopping del Sol in the Las Lomas neighborhood. On any map you will see that it is in one of the busiest neighborhoods in Asunción. A few blocks in any direction you will find the best restaurants, the best bars and trendy nightclubs, fast food places and all kinds of services available. If shopping is essential, you will find Shopping del Sol just 150 meters away and a little further, is the Paseo la Galeria. Also tons of great stores on every street. Some restaurants that we recommend are La queseria, Oveja Negra Panadería, Alma Cocina con Fuego, Pederzani Caffè Bistro Mercato. A few meters away you will find a 24/7 supermarket called Biggie.
