T2 well furnished, located in a very quiet area near Praia da Oura, located in a closed condominium, with large swimming pool and children's playground. It is great for a relaxing holiday close to the sea, just 1000 m away. This apartment is suitable for those traveling with children and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with: -dishwasher, -washing machine, -coffee machine, -oven and electric hob. 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), 2 balconies, a large balcony with a table to enjoy meals and another balcony overlooking the pool. Included: Wi-Fi, A/C, cable TV and Netflix. The apartment has 1 parking space in the garage, several spaces inside the closed residence as well as on the street. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Neighbourhood information

Guests can visit several beaches nearby (e.g. Sta Eulália and Oura), which are 10 minutes away by foot. Bars, restaurants and cafes are 1-5 minutes walk (100-300 m) from the apartment. You can visit the charming center of Albufeira in just 5 minutes (2km) by car.
