Property information

This condo is situated in a very nice neighborhood, a stone's throw to the beach. and a short walk to the Avenida Marginal. Enjoy a walk along the sea wall. (perfect for your start of the day) This cozy condo is close to restaurants on and off the beaches. Short walk to grocery stores. Very close to the city center, but far enough, so you don't have to deal with traffic jams and noise.

Neighbourhood information

Nature at your door steps. Easy Walking, Beach, Surfing, Kite Boarding, enjoy a beverage at esplanade/ promenade cafes and watch Kite Boarding. Check out Whale and Dauphin watching, Hiking ,Walking along the beach and the Avenida Marginal is a must . Walk to Sao Roque, to the ocean pool, along the sea side, or to the Pesqueira. There, take a short swim, finish it up with a hot or cold shower (one euro for the hot shower and a place to store your clothes). Enjoy a beverage of your choice in a nearby cafe. make your way home for a completely rejuvenated morning.
