Property information

This unique house is the union of architectural value and authenticity on a sunny hillside, between the sea and the mountains. Early in the morning, the smells and scenery invite you to sit on the balcony and relax. At Casa da Muda our guests can swim in the swimming pool, eat some seasonal fruit from our trees, as well as eggs from the chickens. Casa da Muda II has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a full kitchen with a coffee machine, bedroom and bathroom with views of the mountains. By car, you can visit the golden sandy beach of Calheta (20 minutes away) and also drive to the North side of the Island and swim in the natural swimming pools of Porto Moniz. In Ponta do Pargo there are some places of interest to visit, such as Pico Vermelho, Casa de Luz in Ponta do Pargo, Farol and Casa de Chá! Just 25 minutes by car, our guests will find the golden sandy beach of Calheta.

Neighbourhood information

By car you will be able to visit the golden sand beach in Calheta (20 minutes distance) and also drive until the North side of the Island and swim in the natural pools of Porto Moniz.
