Discover Casa da Brea, a charming property located in the heart of Santa Marta de Portuzelo, just 5km from Viana do Castelo and 70km north of Porto. Casa da Brea is the perfect retreat for groups of friends, family gatherings, couples or business travelers. The property offers 8 rooms. Every room is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a wardrobe, and a workspace. Additionally, there is sofa bed available in two of the suites. For bookings of up to 2 guests, only one bedroom will be prepared. The second bedroom becomes available for bookings of 3 guests or more, but can be requested for 1 or 2 guests upon payment of an additional fee. The common areas include a panoramic living room, a reading room, and a magnificent garden with a pool. The poolside facilities, lounge area, and wonderful porch where you can have an outside dinner next to the old granite wine grape press, are perfect for relaxing on summer evenings. For added convenience, the house offers 15 private parking spaces.
