Century-old property located in the centre of Prainha do Norte, restored for use as accommodation. Consisting of two original houses (main house and "atafona") set on a plot of approximately 3000 m2, where there are different leisure areas for shared use. Each original house is divided into two houses/apartments with a dedicated outdoor area.

Located in the centre of Prainha do Norte, about 1 km from the Poça Branca bathing area, it combines proximity to the sea with centrality in a small picturesque parish that maintains economic activity in addition to tourism (mainly agriculture and livestock farming). Proximity to a restaurant and grocery store/mini-market.
