Best Guest Porto Hostel sa nachádza v zrekonštruovanej budove v historickom centre mesta Porto, ktorá je zapísaná do Zoznamu svetového dedičstva UNESCO. Ponúka bezplatné vysokorýchlostné Wi-Fi. Stanica metra a železničná stanica São Bento sú vzdialené 1 minúty chôdze od hostela. Vykurované izby majú súkromnú kúpeľňu (okrem izieb s 2 oddelenými posteľami), individuálne uzamykateľné skrinky, ortopedické postele, ponúkajú posteľnú bielizeň zadarmo, prenájom uterákov (zahrnuté v izbách 2 oddelenými posteľami a izbách s manželskou posteľou) a vstup na vstupnú kartu. Trh Bolhão, rieka Douro a most Ponte de Dom Luís I. sú od hostela vzdialené 5 minút chôdze. Hostel má recepciu s nepretržitou prevádzkou. Medzinárodné letisko Porto sa nachádza vo vzdialenosti 13 km.

Guests are required to show a valid passport or national ID card upon check-in.
Please note that the building has no lift.
Guests travelling with children under the age of 18, have to book a private room or dorm room to be used only by the child and family or group of people. Children cannot share dorms with strangers.
Children under 12 years old are not accepted at the hostel.
Group booking conditions:
- A group is considered a reservation with ten (10) or more guests;
- The Best Guest Hostel reserves the right to only accept group bookings for a minimum of three (3) nights.
- A pre-payment will be requested by the property;
- In case of a cancelation, a partial or total modification of the reservation, the amount paid is non-refundable.
In case the conditions of group bookings described above are not met, the property has the right to cancel the reservation.
Pri príchode je vyžadovaná záloha za prípadné škody vo výške € 5. Záloha bude účtovaná v hotovosti. Suma by vám mala byť vrátená pri odhlásení sa z ubytovania. Záloha vám bude vrátená v plnej výške v hotovosti po kontrole stavu ubytovania.
