Relax in a beautiful private villa surrounded by peace and space The spacious villa is equipped with every comfort with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath), a spacious living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle, microwave. The house has free Wi-Fi, a large flat screen TV. With PLAY television. The house is suitable for all year round living by means of a gas heating system. From the bedrooms you have access to the balcony where you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view into the garden and the forrest. Furthermore, the house has a lovely private garden that borders the forest. In the garden there are 2 terraces and various playground equipment for the children as well as a trampoline, there are also various garden furniture / sun loungers and a BBQ to relax. You can park a minimum of 3 cars on the private property.
My name is Kasia Weijers. Together with my husband, we fell in love with the environment in Warmia and decided to buy a house here. We have now bought a 2nd house here to be able to share the love for this beautiful environment with others. We hope you are as excited as we are and welcome you into our beautiful vila. I will do everything I can to make your stay as pleasant as possible and can give you many tips and advice about this region.
Vial Garian is located in the beautiful Warmia country, surrounded by forests and lakes. From the garden you can walk straight into the forest, the Giƚwa lake is within walking distance of the house, where you can swim, sail, fish and relax at the small pier. The area is very popular among hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Gietrzwald is 1.5 kilometers away, this beautiful pilgrimage town is also known for the fact that Holy Mary appeared here. There are also several restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and a veterinary clinic in Gietrzwald. Rentyny is a small seaside resort about 2 kilometers from the house. Here you can relax, swim, rent pedal boats and boats. There is also a bar/restaurant here. The town of Olsztyn is about 20 minutes away by car. This city is definitely worth a visit with its beautiful historic center, many terraces, restaurants and sights. For shopping enthusiasts, there are several large shopping centers. Near Olsztyn is also Lake Ukiel. A beautiful seaside resort with a beautiful beach, several restaurants, play areas in and next to the water for children.
