Great location, full infrastructure, everything you need on site. A small city and thus no communication problems, but above all, a new apartment from 2021, a large public parking lot. A one-storey duplex apartment. Nearby forest, hiking, sports center, gym. In a word, everything you need to live in peace and relaxation :). Equipment: grill, gas stove, microwave, ladder, for cleaning, vacuum cleaner, tools, garden hose, spade, garden tools, spare mattress 130 cm for guests and more.
1. Vaping is allowed in the apartment. 2. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. 3. At check-in, you must show your passport, ID card or other identity document for inspection. 4. Parking at the premises is FREE. 5. Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Very pleasant and quiet area. With full city infrastructure, nearby forest, cinema, horse riding, shopping center, fast train, city transport, lake, SEA!, no traffic jams, PEACE AND QUIET. I RECOMMEND!
