Check-in and registration takes place on Miła 2, office no.104.
Please note that the local office is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 until 17:00. If your expected arrival time is after 17:00 or during the weekends and public holidays, please inform the office at least 24 hours in advance at the phone number given in the reservation confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Tęczowe Wzgórze, Sun & Snow in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
A damage deposit of 300 zł is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
