New, spacious apartment 100 m from the beach, sea and Tricity's seafront. It has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room with kitchenette and terrace. Situated in closed estate with gym, kids playground and security. Apartment has in total 4 parking spaces: 2 in underground garage and 2 outside. On the ground floor of the estate there are located: grocery store and restaurant. Style and equipment of the apartment has coastal character as its surroundings. The guests love to rest on the terrace, where they can look at the park adjoining the beach on one side and at the football stadium and metropolis on the other.
Next to the object there is a park leading to the see. It's also connected to the seafront with bicycle path. By the boulevard you can get through Sopot and "Orłowski" cliff all the way to Gdynia. Apartment is well connected to for ex. Gdańsk city center (direct tram connection) - tram and bus stop are next to the building. In vicinity (1.5 km) in Nowy Port there is a light House and water bus stop, by which you can get to Westerplatte. Alternatively you can get to that place by car in 10-15 min through road tunnel, which is connected to A1, S7 and S6 motorways. 2 km away there is a stadium build for UEFA Euro 2012. Walking 1.5 -2 km along sea boulevard in direction of Sopot you can get to pier with gastronomy complex. Brzezno isn't overcrowded yet as other sea resorts, so you can relax here in peace having closeness with nature. 400 m from estate Brzezno center is located with shops and milk bar.
