A native and modern house with the view of mountain. Comfortably equipped with the window type AC and a private bathroom with hot water. You will enjoy your own balcony to chill The house has two levels, with the bedrooms located upstairs. You'll have to use the stairs to get to them. 100m walk to the Corong Corong beach where you will see the best sunset in the area. 2 minutes ride with the scooter or tuktuk to the fancy Maremegmeg Beach and 5 minutes to El nido town. Please be aware that our neighbors are currently undertaking construction work. Noise typically begins around 10 a.m. and may continue throughout the day. If you plan to stay indoors, kindly expect some disturbances during this time. Thank you for your understanding.
