This unique condo is one of the biggest 1BR units in Kandi. Spread over 77 square meters (800 feet) this condo unit comes with a fully functional kitchen, TV's, aircons, king size bed and 2 full size CR's (with showers). This is one of the few 1 bedroom units that have 2 balconies. It's located in the reputed Kandi complex (Kandi Tower 3, the newer building), centrally-located in Angeles city. The unit has all amenities, from air-conditioning to hot water, microwave and TV's to fully functional kitchen. Wifi is available in the condo unit (all rooms) and building lobby.

Kandi tower 3 sits among the Kandi complex, which houses 9 swimming pools, lobby & rooftop restaurants. All amenities available in the convenient settings of the building. Walking distance to spas, bars and entertainment area. Most places are within walking distance. Alternatively various options from Grab to blue taxis (local metered taxis) to trikes are readily available. Multiple options for restaurants as and food delivery are available. Additionally the building has a lobby restaurant and you can have them deliver to the room. We also arrange for airport pick up and drops in partnership with a leading and reliable transport provider (Rem). Transportation also can be arranged for going around the city or any other destination.
