The fine print
With effect from January 2017, room rates are subject to an Environmental Fee. The charges are as follow:
- PHP 100 per room per night for the first 5 nights
- PHP 50 per room per night for succeeding nights
Fees are to be paid directly to the property upon check-in.
A damage deposit of ₱ 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
