Dear Guest this condo is in one of the best locations, with a spot on a 14th floor of the Executive levels of One Euphoria, take in the view of the city or for only a minute or two's walk to Walking Street, only a few more minutes to the casino. Clark International Airport is under 15 minutes in a Grab/Uber The building itself built 2021 and has operated from 2022, so everything is new. I have a very quiet and peaceful condo due to the room having no neighbours, no other condo walls are joined to mine Located in the top tiers exceutive suits, the condo offers a large 61sqm, the living room has all you needs to cook, wash your laundry with 2in1 washer and dryer, dishwasher and fridge larger than needed. Obviously free wifi, 65 inch tv. In-between the lounge and bedroom is the CR with a larger than normal shower and built-in robe. Master room has a king-size bed with plenty of extra room, 55-inch tv, chair and foot stool near the desk area for any work needs. The balcony is also apart of the bedroom, the balcony is the only place for smokers. Having a rooftop with a classy bar, high-class indian restaurant, gym and pool. At the bottom level is another bar and 7/11. All this is great for the lazy days you dont have to go anywhere.

We have many places & sight seeing to see in angeles city Philippines We have clark base in which the airport is there , golf club, casino's, museums, etc. Angeles city is a center of business tourist spot many more projects such us cobdominum building and hotels they build. We have also a closes neighborhood the subic bay or olongqpo city if you want to see oceans, it nay take 1-2hrs to drive. Bars are here, malls, griceseries closes, and many more. We have many restaurants, comedy bars, firing range at mt.vuew clark if you want yo learn shooting etc. It has many falls and resorts around
