Spacious studio condo unit located at the 2nd floor with a Living Area of 34 Sq.m, high ceiling with Balcony, a private Roof Top / Terrace that offers a view of the Sea & the Beach. 5 mins walk to Aqua Fun Water Park (NOTE: Condo to Beach is one km. away, you may use your car or take the shuttle service at the Aqua Fun Park). Free parking. The unit is ideal for a small family or group of 4-6pax who wish to stay overnight and beyond looking for a privacy like your own home. Furnished with 32" Flat TV LED with HD Cable channels, 2.5HP AC Unit and basic kitchen appliances and utensils (NOTE: Bath don't have hot water yet). NOTE: * Host will arrange for a one-day access to the Beach for FREE which includes free use of all amenities available inside including Infinity pool. To avail of this FREE access, you just need to go with my agent at Camaya for a short Day Tour to showcase the Resort development as a potential investment but NO commitment whether you want to invest or not, this is just a protocol for guests who want to avail the offered FREE ACCESS TO THE BEACH. Thank you. Beach Entrance Fee for Guest: Php499/pax (Whole Day). Free use of all amenities inside. * If you wish to use the Aqua Fun Water Park / Slides located at the Aqua Fun Hotel (Just a walking distance from the Condo) , there's a minimal entrance fee of around 200 pesos / pax.
