Lovely new modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, fully furnished with two air conditioners to both bedroom . House has a fully equipped kitchen and a bar kitchen and living room has a 50" smart TV and WiFi. It has a laundry with clothes washing machine. Private and fenced garden with a large undercover terrace area. Safe and secure, super clean and comfortable including linen and towels. Situated in a semi rural setting and yet still close to all the tourist hotspots. Guest access Entire house with fenced yard.. The house provide free unlimited drinking water and one set linen two bath towel per guest. Coffee, sugar and tea on arrival and basic cleaning twice a week for free. The house is in a Semi Rural setting and would suit guest looking for a quite safe location though still close to all the tourist spot. This house would suit guest who want to be on vacation though still want to feel like they are at home by having a nice garden and balcony and the Semi Rural vibes. Other things to note 1.) No pets. 2.) No parties or functions. 3.) Guests may have visitors with prior approval from host. 4. 24 hour security camera monitoring entrances and yard. 5.) Secured parkings for motorcycles and off road parking for cars.
We love to offer our guest a wonderful experience. We are locals to bantayan island and live only minutes drive from the house. We love to share our local knowledge of the island and all of the beautiful places to visit. We can advise on where to shop with the best prices for food and fresh produce, souvenirs and clothing etc. Help with transport if required and car/motorcycle rentals.
Centrally located within minutes drive to Baigad Lagoon, pristine beaches, Nature Park, Santa Fe and Bantayan towns. Safe and quiet neighbourhood and only a couple minutes walk to the local shop.
