Fast & stable Internet via Globe broad band. and Cignal Cable TV.
Avida Atria requirements to all guests upon check-in. 1. Valid ID or Passport Guests can access to Condo amenities & playground. Swimming Pool schedule: Tuesday to Sunday 6am-5pm (fee P100/guest) & 6.30pm-10pm (fee P150/guest). Close every Monday for maintenance. Iloilo Airport to Avida Atria Tower1, 18 km & about 26 mins by taxi. Avida Atria Tower 1 is strictly implementing house rule that they do not accept or allow drop-off &/or leave any luggage's / personal items at the lobby or hallway. There is available place to drop-off or leave your luggage's in front of SM City, named Traveler's Lounge, Open 6am to 10pm.
Avida Atria Tower 1 at ground floor has Seven Eleven Convenient Store, Water refill station, Laundry shop, Coffee shop and Restaurant.
