We are a company made up of a group of people who love to travel and who, knowing the needs of being abroad, decided to specialize in offering them the experience of temporary rentals in order to make them feel at home. We have more than 11 apartments in the best locations in Miraflores, Surco-Camacho and San Isidro. Lima is a very special city that has a lot to offer! We would like you to be able to enjoy your stay in a comfortable, pleasant place with an excellent location; as if they were in a 5 star hotel! Welcome!

Spacious apartment of 101m2, with an excellent location, one block from Kennedy Park and Larco Avenue, 10 minutes walk from Larcomar, close to banks, restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, kitchen, fans, laundry, equipped. *Air conditioning ONLY in the master bedroom*. Complimentary quick cleaning for minimum reservations of 7 nights. Maximum capacity 8 people! Welcome!

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is on the 9th floor of a multifamily building, in a safe area, very well located and quiet. 24 hour doorman. The location of the apartment is excellent. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to supermarkets like Metro/Vivanda, as well as fast food restaurants, pharmacies, cafes, department stores like Saga Falabella and also the well known souvenir market located on Petit Thouars avenue and 10 minutes walking distance to Larcomar. The apartment was remodeled less than 1 year ago and now has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a TV and a bathroom; the second bedroom has a queen size bed and a TV, the third bedroom has a bunk bed and a half and the fourth bedroom has a single bed with a bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 will share the bathroom in the hallway. In the living room, there is a single futon bed that can comfortably sleep one person. The total capacity of the apartment is for 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as the laundry and all other areas. For the first night, we give you as a courtesy 1 bottle of water, toilet paper, filters, garbage bags, etc, the necessary and indispensable until you can go to the supermarket. Free parking for one car (the space is narrow. For example the Honda Pilot van model, fits very tight).
