Secluded ocean side tropical paradise with salt water pool overlooking the marina. One acre property with tranquility garden, waterfall, and a variety of fruit trees. Less than 10 minutes to the bustling hub of Coronado with restaurants, shopping, and ex-pat community. Ideally situated for day trips such as Panama City, The Canal, Surfing, Golf, Hiking, and El Valle. Comfortable 3 bedroom home with two terraces, 4 bohios and a proper tropical vibe. Come and unwind. Everyone comes back!
Andrew and Sydney, the caretakers, live in a bus on-site. They are available 24/7 and can assist with day trips, reservations, advance shopping, recommendations and anything else that arises.
Costa Esmeralda is on a quiet point, 10 minutes from Coronado, 90 minutes from Panama City. The property overlooks the marina of Vista Mar. Vista Mar also offers restaurants, and a golf course. The Rio Hato airport, with charters from Toronto and Montreal is 25 minutes away. Coronado is the original summer home location for Panamanians. It has grown into a large ex-pat community offering all the amenities. 5 supermarkets, restaurants, bars, medical care, dentists, even a weekly market. A car is required. We have plenty of parking including 2 covered spots. There is a front gate to the property, so everything is good and secure. We provide contacts with local car rental services upon request.
