This sunny three-bedroom holiday home sits on a lifestyle block adjacent to a working farm, providing a quiet rural escape that still feels close to everything.
Step inside to a warm, open-plan living space designed for relaxation. The modern kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, electric frying pan, air fryer, and blender—everything you need for easy holiday meals. A heat pump keeps the lounge cosy year-round, while unlimited high‑speed Wi‑Fi makes it easy to plan your next adventure or stream your favourite shows.
Outside, a spacious lawn offers room for kids to play, while a BBQ and alfresco dining area let you soak up the fresh air and sweeping lake views. With ample off-street parking, The Cottage is a stress-free base for your Rotorua adventure.
Sleeping up to six guests across four rooms, The Cottage is ideal for families. There are two queen beds and three single beds, with one bedroom accessed through another—perfect for children or close-knit groups. A portacot and high chair are also available for younger guests.
The home is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board—making longer stays effortless.
Located just a five-minute drive from the city centre, this peaceful retreat places you in the heart of the action. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your note: Guests must be dog-friendly, as a small-to-medium dog, Doug, lives next door and may wander over during your stay. He’s very friendly and loves attention, though he may give a quick bark when you arrive.
