I started my business Ribbonwood Cottages back in 2006. I have four accommodation options in Havelock North in the Hills: Peppertree Lodge, Lacebark Cottage, Ribbonwood Cottgae and The Loveshack. I added SEAduction Aprtment in 2019 in Ahuriri. We also live in one of the five Apartments. I had a lot of input on the overall apartment designs and did the interior fitouts.

2 Bed/bath Ahuriri Apartment. New 2019! It has a loft style feel with open Living and Two decks. The front Deck looks over the Marina with fishing Boats from where you can watch Yachts come and go. Then it also has a lovely Internal courtyard deck! One bedroom opens to the front deck the other to the courtyard. It is one of 5 residential Apartments. The seaside village of Ahuriri is the hub for night life with many cafes, bars and restaurants in the area, safe swimming beach, cycle trails...The apartment is one of 5 luxury apartments completed in early 2019

High lifted ceilings, open plan. Aircon through out.
Living . Fully equipped designer kitchen with induction job . Full laundry, large dining table, Frame TV with Netflix installed , free wifi.
Two bedrooms each with own en-suite and a separate guest toilet. The bedrooms are at either end of the Apartment. One opens to the front deck the other to the internal
Courtyard. Note : The king beds do NOT split.

Ahuriri is Napier's funkiest, fun, neighbourhood. Ahuriri is a historic fishing Village of Napier. Boats still Bring in daily catches , families fish from the wharf, bike & walking trails, fab playgrounds , safe swimming beach, paddle boarding all at your doorstep. A cluster of shops including an iconic bookstore & post office ,florist, pharmacy & gift shop, fashion & homewares, antiques & art galleries, bike hire, hairdressers & beauticians , organic veg and many cafes, restaurants & bars.
