Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. All villas are fully self-contained and self-catering and rates do not include daily housekeeping service. This service is available for an additional charge of $35 per service and can be arranged at the time of arrival. Any stays of 5 nights or more will receive a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service included within the nightly rate. BBQs are available for hire at the rate of $20 per night and available for a maximum of 3 nights per stay. Subject to availability.
