Panoramic sea views to Palm Beach and the ocean and islands beyond. Views and ranchsliders from both lounge & bedroom open directly onto your private covered deck with spa pool, outdoor furniture and BBQ. Double kayak, SKY TV (Movies & Sport), Free Wifi Stand-alone and Self-contained. We have a car which lives at the property you can rent subject to availability from just sixty dollars per day. This villa is privately owned but located within the security and manicured grounds of the Waiheke Island Resort at 4 Bay Road in Palm Beach. Although within the grounds, being privately owned and not run as part of the resort managed facility you are not officially entitled to use the swimming pool, spa pool or mini golf, but AS LONG AS YOU CHECK WITH RECEPTION FIRST AND THERE ARE NO PRIVATE FUNCTIONS BEING HELD, YOU CAN BUY A "POOL PASS" FOR TEN DOLLARS PER ADULT PER DAY, KIDS ARE FREE,ENTITLING YOU TO USE THE POOL DECK, WITH SWIMMING POOL AND SPA POOL, AND YOU CAN OF COURSE BUY FOOD AND BEVERAGE TO ENJOY FROM THE BAR AND RESTAURANT, OPEN FROM EARLY MOST DAYS :) THERE IS ALSO MINI GOLF, AGAIN AS LONG AS IT IS NOT BOOKED WITH A PRIVATE FUNCTION, YOU CAN ENQUIRE TO PLAY FOR TEN DOLLARS PER ADULT, KIDS PLAY FOR FREE RESORT FACILITIES MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IF THERE IS A PRIVATE FUNCTION BEING HELD, PLEASE CHECK AVAILABILITY IF THIS IS A PRE-REQUISITE FOR YOUR STAY.
