Situated in a peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful New Zealand native trees and a variety of native birds, Hush offers modern bungalows most with private balconies. Free WiFi and free parking are provided Hush Boutique Accommodation is located in Coromandel Town opposite Driving Creek Railway and Pottery, only 5 minutes' from the town centre and a short drive to Wyuna Bay, Shelley Beach, Oamaru. Each cabin is equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, a small refrigerator and a TV. All have private bathrooms. You can prepare a meal in the alfresco shared kitchen/dining area, which is located in the centre of the property. Linen is supplied to all units.

Company information

Steve and Marilyn have been back in New Zealand after many years of travelling and working overseas on yachts. Their adventure started when they decided to sail around the world on their own yacht, however after being away for a while they decided to return to their native New Zealand and settle on the Coromandel Peninsula. They have always worked in hospitality, so it was a natural progression to go from the sea to the land. They love welcoming guests to Hush and the beautiful historic town of Coromandel. They are happy to share their knowledge of what to see and do in the area.

Property information

Hush is a tranquil haven for people seeking accommodation that is stylish, comfortable but really simple. We make sure you have the necessities like a strong hot shower, TV, fluffy white towels and crisp sheets but a stay at Hush is all about the beautiful NZ bush surrounding all the cabins, the gardens, fresh air, peace and quiet. Enjoy the sounds of the birds and the stream but very little else.

Neighbourhood information

Hush is directly across the road from the Driving Creek Railway & Pottery. A 5 minute drive to Coromandel Town with it's terrific cafes, restaurants, and small boutique shops. A short drive in any direction will bring you to one of the Peninsula's stunning beaches and various bush walks in the area.
