UPDATE!! We won GOLD at the house of the year master builders award! Situated in the renowned Rangitahi suburb of Raglan, overlooking the harbor and the golf course, this brand new Apartment was cleverly designed by Red Architecture to offer a urban living standard with a coastal vibe in mind. Views from the private deck will allow you to unwind after a day spent exploring all the options that the boutique town of Raglan has to offer. Wifi, TV, Aircon and a brand new modern kitchen are part of the deal. Private parking is available in the large double carport.
I am originally from Italy but have been living in New Zealand for a long time now. Here I have found a permanent home in the beautiful town of Raglan.
The Rangitahi Peninsula is connected to the main township through the new bridge. The neighbourhood features new architectural houses and stunning views all around. You can explore it on foot following the walking tracks along the shoreline or by paddle board accessing the harbor in multiple spots just next to the bridge. The suburb is merely a stones throw from the Raglan township, and just 5 minutes from Raglan beach and the famous Surf breaks. You’ll never run out of things to do in our lively little town.
