Relax, unwind, and enjoy this sunny, modern 2-bedroom townhouse which is only a short walk to the Hanmer Springs Village full of cafes, restaurants and the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools and Spa. This private home is situated on a back section and has a spacious, open plan living area for entertaining as well as a freshly renovated bright, modern kitchen. The home has a 32inch flat screen TV with Freeview and complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi for your entertainment and opens out onto a deck to relax on and enjoy the sun outside during the lovely warm Hanmer summer months. The home has 2 large bedrooms, both with a queen sized bed in each room with electric blankets for those cooler nights. To top this all off, it has a freshly renovated bathroom too - you can't get much better than this. Please note: this home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish requirements.

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand. The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
