The room is about 17 square meters, with a comfortable double big bed, a small table, a kettle, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine. Easy access to the toilets and the shower (shared with the owners). The apartment is situated on the ground floor in a very quiet residential area in the heart of Amsterdam.

Smoking only outside, the place is on the ground floor. So it is basically a 1-minute walk and right on the canal. -No guests -WE DO NOT OFFER KITCHEN FACILITIES -No pets. -Guests should inform the host of their intended check-in/check-out times before the day of arrival. If it does not happen, you will have to adjust to the host's availability -If guests can make it to the agreed check-in time, for whatever reason or if check-in was not properly arranged, the host will see when he will be available and coordinate. -No parties. -Guests should respect the privacy of the host and other guests. -After 22.00, we ask you to be respectful since we are normal working people and go to bed not very late. -You can arrive any time, but please respect the silence if you come at night. -Shut the light after yourself in the shower and toilet, also when you leave the house, shut the light in your room.
