The fine print

Please be advised, starting on 17th May 2024 until 31st July 2024, the next phase of maintenance and renovation works will be carried out in certain rooms on level 1 of Telang Usan Hotel. These renovations and maintenance works are necessary and will allow our valued guests a much more enjoyable stay at Telang Usan Hotel in future. During the renovation period, work will commence from 08:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs. As a result, there will be some construction noise during this period. However, we will do our best to keep the noise to a minimum. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause and your understanding is much appreciated.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of MYR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
