We are a property management company where we handle entire package of property management services in taking care of all unit and hosting guests (Airbnb, Booking and etc.). Our Services including Interior design, renovating, furnishing, professional photography, property listing, advertising, repairing and maintenance, rent collection, guest servicing etc. We are able to communicate, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English, 华语（中文). Will always be at your service whenever you need during your stay with us.

Property information

A stylish & cozy 430sqft newly renovated place in Kuala Lumpur. A perfect spot for couple and singe traveler to have comfy stay. We bring in the cozy design studio studio and trendy accommodation. The units come with tiled floors and feature a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a dining area, a TV, and a private bathroom with bidet and a hair dryer. Units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Private parking are only available for Deluxe Studio and Two-Bedroom Apartment. Standard Studio does not have parking provided, Deposit of RM200-RM500 will be requested after confirmed booking.

Neighbourhood information

-300m from Gleneagles Hospital, -650m from Jelatek LRT Station, -750m from Great Eastern Mall, and many other hot spots in KL. Being only 4 stations away from KLCC via Jelatek LRT Station, our place offers great connectivity and convenience.
