The residence has been designed with a bluish sand Nautica concept to give a light and airy feeling to the spaces to make our Guests feel comfortable staying here. Also the property is connected to a shopping complex which will make this a one stop centre for shopping, eating and entertaining, movie watching as well as bowling. All within a 5 minute walk from the residence.
Hello I am your host Arizan. I look forward to meeting you and making your stay here as seamless and comfortable as possible. As frequent travellers ourselves, me and my wife enjoy meeting people of different cultures and backgrounds and look forward to hosting your stay with us.
The residence is located within a quiet, green and serene area. The Nilai Springs Golf and Country Club is just a 10min ride away, where Guests can golf or enjoy the other Club facilities. The Kuala Lumpur Airport is also merely a 15min drive from here. The national velodrome is also a stone's throw away from this location. Within the attached shopping complex you can find Starbucks, Coffee Beans, a Thai, Indonesian, Arabic, Japanese, and Malaysian restaurants to satisfy your dining needs.
