Welcome to Miri, Sarawak! Joyful Homestay is a comfortable Semi-detached house located in Lutong Baru, perfect for business travelers, families with kids, and backpackers alike. Get ready to experience a warm welcome and homely comforts during your stay at Joyful Homestay! Please note that the property does not offer a 24-hour reception. To ensure a smooth check-in process, guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. A security deposit of RM200 per entire house is required upon check-in to cover any potential charges or damages that may occur during your stay. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 1 working day after check-out. We also offer different rates for the 3-night, 6-night, and 14-night rate plans.
We would also like to remind you that the price of accommodations or services may vary depending on the number of guests. Typically, a base rate is charged for a specific number of guests, with an additional fee RM50 per each additional guest. This helps us to provide you with the best possible service and experience. Therefore, we kindly ask that you consider the number of guests when making your reservations or planning your events.
