Aislinn offers a stunning home for couples, families or groups. Accessed through traditional Malay kampungs and rubber plantations, the villa is secluded but not isolated with fabulous views of the Andaman Sea. The terrace with private pool allows you to relax while watching the resident wildlife. ★Each of the three bedrooms has its own balcony or terrace and there is air conditioning and fans in every room. ★The large terrace offers several choices of outside seating. ★Lounge area with 65” SmartTV and comfortable seating for all. ★Master bedroom with dressing room, ensuite and smart TV, king size bed and sofa single bed. Sliding windows allow direct access to large terrace and pool. ★2 further guest bedrooms with a common bathroom, each with its own private balconies. ★Kitchen: fully fitted kitchen with dining island. Fully equipped for all your needs and a large walk in pantry which you may make use of during your stay. ★Bathrooms: 2 fully fitted with large walk in showers, hot and cold water. Powder room for convenience. ★Garage: Utility area with washer and drier. Parking in the garage and outside for more. ★Terrace / pool area: a wonderful area to enjoy those sunset drinks with various covered seating choices and dining area. Other details to note Experience comfort at its best in our villa: → Perfectly arranged for 6 guests, with the option to accommodate 8 by adding two single beds in the study room. Ensure accurate guest count as we charge RM150 per additional guest per night after the 6th guest. → Indulge in complimentary coffee, tea. → Enjoy housekeeping every 2nd day, including cleaning and fresh towels. Linen will be replaced on the 4th day. → Access the washing and drying machine for RM20 per load, payable upon check-out. ✦✦✦ Please note that we will collect RM1500 security deposit from you upon check-in. Pantai Cenang & Pantai Tengah are only 15 minutes drive from the villa and are both typical tourist beaches, there you will find lots of shops & restaurants from local to Chinese/Indian/Middle Eastern/Western...etc Kuah Town is 25 minutes drive. → For grocery shopping you will get almost everything you need from BHK 10 minute drive or PL Soon Haut, both are great options if you would like to do some shopping on your way from the airport to the villa. → The Villa is located 10 minute drive from the airport and 30 minute drive the ferry terminal in Kuah and 10 minutes from Telaga Harbour Marina. Beaches around: → 6 minute drive to Langkawi Lagoon beach. → 5 minute to Century Langkawi beach. → 15 minutes to Pantai Cenang. → 15 minute to Pantai Kok. → 20 minute to Pantai Tengah. → 30 minute drive to one of the most beautiful beaches in Asia "Tanjung Rhu Beach". → 35 minute drive to Datai Bay.
