Selesa, tenang dan aman sentosa! Sangat sesuai untuk anda yang mahukan suasana berbeza berbanding hiruk-pikuk kota. Boleh juga buat BBQ dan aktiviti di halaman rumah. Tempat BBQ disediakan. Boleh juga buat aktiviti rekreasi di taman berhampiran seperti Hutan Lipur Gunung Datuk (8km) dan Hutan Rekreasi Kg Bintongan (2.4km)
