Welcome to our completely furnished 14th Floor Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath 2200 square foot penthouse. Enjoy a large balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean with all the amenities of a 5 star resort 4 pools over looking the ocean as well as stair ways to our magnificent exclusive beach that can only be enjoyed by our guests. There is a circular bar, a kitchen and Jacuzzi tub to provide a great setting for a special get away or vacation that you've been waiting for.
We live in Laguna Niguel, California and we have been owners of condos in Rosarito since 1994. We love the Baja area and we come down as often as we can.
Our property is located in La Jolla Del Mar in Rosarito Beach, with a distinct gated complex, memorable location, gorgeous ocean front views, innovative architectural masterpieces.
