Guests are warmly welcomed at Diamonds Thudufushi Maldives Resort & SPAi Beach & Water Villas, which is surrounded by blue waters and white sand, against a tropical landscape. It is a 25-minute seaplane flight south of Malé International Airport. The bungalows offer direct access to beach and has a private veranda with armchairs and sunbeds. They also come with open air showers. The over-water villas feature a large terrace, which leads out to the lagoon. The living area comes with rattan furnishings and wooden flooring. Guest facilities include a spa offering a range of therapies and a library stocked with books, games and a Nintendo Wii. Diamonds Thudufushi Maldives Resort & SPAi also features a dive centre and several water sport activities that include canoeing, waterskiing and deep sea fishing. Free Wi-Fi is available. The main restaurant serves and American breakfast daily and serves a menu of Italian, Asian and Maldivian dishes for lunch and dinner. It also offers theme nights buffet and barbecue. The fine print
Diamonds Thudufushi island resort is located in the South Ari Atoll and is easily accessible by seaplane. Transfers are operated by Trans Maldivian Airways from Male International Airport, with a flight duration of approximately 25-30 minutes. Please note that a surcharge applies for this service.
Season 1 from 16.04.2025 - 31.10.2025: Seaplane transfer cost $358 per person
Season 2 from 01.11.2025 - 15.04.2026: Seaplane transfer cost $450 per person
Seaplane transfers typically operate from sunrise to sunset, which is approximately 7 AM to 3:30 PM Male City time. in order to organize the seaplane transfer, guests must provide their flight details to the property at least 72 hours prior to their expected arrival to email info.diamondsthudufushi@planhotel.com
The free baggage allowance is 20 kg, plus 5 kg for hand luggage, per person. The carrier will transport excess baggage subject to payload availability at a cost of USD 5.00 plus applicable taxes per kg. Carrier does not guarantee the baggage on the same flight as the passenger. Also subject to payload availability.
Our Airport Representatives will then escort to the check-in counter for seaplane transfer and assist with the check-in process. Once the check-in formalities are finished, will be transferred to the seaplane terminal, only a short 5 minutes away.
