Welcome! This is a cosy and elegant one bedroom apartment situated in the best area of Sliema only 50 meters from the much sought after Promenade with it's rocky beaches for swimming in the clear blue sea. This property is perfectly positioned with trendy promenade cafes, restaurants, boat trips, bus stops and Sliema's busy shopping centre literally at your doorstep. The apartment is situated in a block featuring only 5 units. The property, which is fully air-conditioned, features an open space living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The spacious bedroom features a double bed. If more than two guests are staying, or if separate beds are preferred, the sofa can easily be converted into a bed. Please note that preparing the sofa bed is available upon request and incurs an additional charge. Amenities include FREE WiFi Internet, LCD TV, Cable TV, linen, towels, hair-dryer, iron and a washing machine. If you would like to enjoy Sliema's lifestyle and explore the Maltese islands this is the perfect place to stay! Baby beds are available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. Late check in fee of eu35 applies when client check in at 9pm or after. this fee must be paid in cash upon check in.

Sliema is a town located on the northeast coast of Malta. It is a centre for shopping, restaurants and café life. Tas-Sliema is also a major commercial and residential area and houses several quality hotels. Tas-Sliema, which means 'peace, comfort', was once a quiet fishing village on the peninsula across Marsamxett Harbour from Valletta. Now Tas-Sliema and the coastline up to neighbouring St. Julian's constitutes Malta's main coastal and touristic resort.
