You wake up with a breathtaking view to the Bay of Kotor, drink the first coffee on the terrace with an enchanting view on the fusion of the sea and the mountain, spend the afternoon at the pool, and prepare dinner in the tavern that the villa owns. The interior of the villa exudes elegance and luxury, while the exterior is dominated by a stone that creates authenticity. Living room with an area of 120m2, comfortable furniture, lower ceilings and a view overlooking the terrace, guarantees you pleasant moments with your loved ones. The kitchen is modernly equipped, and in the dining room there is a large table with 6 comfortable chairs. All 5 rooms are spacious and arranged in style, and in case you need extra beds, sofa in the living room, have a stretching mechanism. The bathrooms are equipped with modern furnishings and you will also have a refreshing and pleasure atmosphere..

It is located in Naljezici in the municipality of Kotor and only 15 minutes drive away from the airport in Tivat. The Old Town of Kotor is about 10km away, and one of the world's leading marinas for super yachts, Porto Montenegro about 13km.
