Be prepared to fall in love with this lovely coastal 4 bedroom Villa MontAanja and it’s backyard oasis. Imagine spending your holiday with friends and family soaking up the sun on this outdoor pool, or preparing barbeque in our beautiful garden. It is located 700 meters from Herceg Novi old town, which makes it a great summer getaway. This Lovely 2 floor house features spacious living room and dining area followed with fully equipped open kitchen. It consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower and washing machine and four terraces that overlooking stunning garden and outdoor pool. All parts of 200 sqm Villa are covered by Wi Fi signal, which is at guests' disposal free of charge. The same applies for cable channels on flat-screen TV. Every room inside the villa is air-conditioned.
Villa MontAnja is located 1,5 km from the nearest beach and around 700 meters from Herceg Novi Old Town that is surrounded by walls and full of shops, cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops for tourists. Few kilometers away from Villa you can enjoy beautiful places all over Boka Kotorska such as Rose, Porto Novi resort, Ribarsko Selo and so many others. ''The City of the Sun'', how it's often called thanks to the large number of sunny days all year round, Herceg Novi is real gem of Boka Kotorska and one of the most beautiful places to visit on Montenegrin coast. The city is a with few kilometers of the Croatian border and not far from that of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
