Your hosts at Summer Sky Ulcinj are Kristina, my brother Nikola, and our mother Silvana. We live in the same building and are always available to help with anything you might need during your stay. Our goal is to make every guest feel at home. We always do our best, but if we accidentally forget something or you're not satisfied with anything, please feel free to let us know right away – we’re here to fix things quickly and with care. We enjoy communication but always respect your peace and privacy. We speak Serbian, English, and Albanian, and we’re happy to assist with everything – from recommendations for beaches and restaurants to anything else you may need during your holiday. Your comfort and satisfaction are our priority!

Welcome to Summer Sky Ulcinj – a family-run accommodation offering a simple yet comfortable stay in a peaceful part of Ulcinj. Our property is a spacious house with multiple floors, ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends. We offer one apartment with a private kitchen and bathroom, and 14 rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, refrigerator, wardrobe, and terrace. The rooms are clean and functional, furnished in a classic, older style that is well-maintained and regularly cleaned. While not modern in design, they offer everything needed for a comfortable stay. Upon request, two single beds can be joined to form a double bed, making it convenient for couples. Depending on the floor, guests have access to shared kitchens: Ground floor – 4 rooms share one common kitchen, First floor – 6 rooms use a larger shared kitchen, Third floor – 4 rooms share a smaller kitchen. We are located in a great area, close to the beach, restaurants, and promenade, yet in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Guests also have access to free private parking, and we take special care of cleanliness and comfort.

Summer Sky Ulcinj is located in a peaceful area, at the very end of the street, providing a quiet and relaxing environment without city noise. The famous Velika Plaža (Long Beach) is just a 5–7 minute walk away, and our property is located right at the beginning of the beach, making it an ideal spot for a summer vacation. Just 2 minutes on foot from the property, you’ll find a grocery store, bakery, restaurants, and even a small amusement area with a carousel, great for families with children. The city center and bus station are about 10 minutes away by car, while the beautiful Ada Bojana is around 15 minutes’ drive. Our location offers both convenience and peace – everything is close, yet far enough to let you enjoy your holiday in complete relaxation.
