Company information

My name is George. My family was looking for a place for a long time at sea, which would become our second home. My brother in childhood was in poor health and skin problems, so my parents decided to spend most of their time on the coast of Montenegro. And for the past four years, each summer we welcome people from all over the world in our family abode. We conduct various activities such as a family camp, osteopathy courses, yoga. Also we can rent a car and take a ride across Montenegro. We look forward to visiting you and your family! Welcome to Montenegro and apartments Zlata Oliva!

Property information

Zlata Oliva Apartments are situated in Ulcinj, on the very south of Montenegro, surrounded by pine trees, mountains and olive groves. In total we have 14 rooms and two bungalows on the rooftop, with panoramic views of the sea. Most of the apartments have air conditioning, a kitchenette, a bathroom, kitchen utensils. All rooms have a good repair, is eco-friendly furniture. We are very pleased to lead an active and healthy lifestyle, people!

Neighbourhood information

Our apartments are located in the town of Ulcinj, in the picturesque village Meterizi. In walking distance away there are several beaches: sandy urban and wild beaches Liman-1 and Liman-2. A five minute walk away is a grocery store, and a little further away the Old Town, where languishing in captivity the famous Spanish writer Miguel de Cervantes. Near the old town is the Orthodox Church of St. Nicholas, which takes place every Sunday worship service. If you want to see the beauty of Montenegro, our guide will be happy to hold you to a tour of the coast of the Adriatic!
