Property information

The property is set in a quiet area, surrounded by family houses and buildings. The apartments and rooms are set in two villas. Big garden provides enough space for our guests to enjoy, spend time with children or park their vehicle. Parking place is secured - the gate opens and closes according to guests' arrival/departure. Property consists of 8 rental units. Some of them share facilities within a larger unit (like balcony or toilet), while the others are completely independent. There is AC in each room, adjusted accordingly. Every room has flat-screen TV with cable channels, as well Wi Fi signal.

Neighbourhood information

Montenegro in general is a safe country and our neighbourhood is one of the safest in Podgorica. Close to the apartments, there are green market Bazar, grocery store open 24/7, Temple of Christ's Resurrection as well as modern urban heart of Podgorica - City Kvart. Podgorica is the city with one of the cheapest fares. Minimum taxi fare is 1EUR, and interesting spots in city center are reachable for a few cents more than minimum fare.
