Ratkovic family is a family of five people, and 3 kids, hopefully, more in the future :). Depending on other arrangements during summer, at least one family member is living at the property, to be close if our guests need anything... So, when you arrive, you could meet Aleksandar (45y.o. Graphic designer), Vidak (41 y.o. Manager), Kruna (37 y.o. University professor), Slavka (70 y.o. School teacher) or Mirko (73 y.o. Chief Engineer). We want to make our guests feel like they are at their own homes, (or visiting a relative :) ), and help our guests to get to know our country, and have a nice holiday, with tips, help to organize trips if needed, or a simple, welcoming hand. Property information

Casa Delone is a modern building, owned and rented by Ratkovic family members. We offer spacious apartments, all except one have a sea view. We equipped them with appliances we think are necessary for our guests to have so they can enjoy their stay with us as close as they can to being at their own homes. A washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, a kettle, stovetop and oven, iron, free and excellently reviewed WiFi, Flat-screen TV with more than 100 channels... We have free parking spots for our guests. We are secured with CCTV system all around the building. There is a large barbecue in our garden, free for our guests to use, but with an announcement. Also, a 10x4m pool, with a shallow part, and an amazing sea view.

Neighbourhood information

Sea-view from our apartments is possibly The Best view on our fjord-type of the bay. The reason for our claim is - we are located at a spot which provides the longest view, between the mountains, so we think the scenery is fairytale-like, especially sunsets. The building is turned towards the sea from one side, but towards the mountain from the other, so, you can enjoy both views. Mountain is around 200 meters away from us and separated with a small forest of Mediterranean type of wood. Early-morning persons surely wood appreciate calmness, quietness broken only with beautiful bird-songs, and fewer temperatures during summer, as the influence of closeness of the mountain. We are at close proximity to over 700 years old church of St. Eustahije, around which there is old fishermen settlement, now modernized, but with a lot of scenery from the old world to offer to your eyes. Also, several restaurants and coffee shops are around the church. And a beach right in front of it. There is a small road right next to the sea, that goes right to the Old town Kotor, which provides an excellent afternoon, or morning stroll, with a lot to see and enjoy even before the Old Town Kotor.
