You are located in a great place if you want to have a relaxing holiday. Guests can relax and unwind in the coastal ambiance of the property. House by the Sea in Dobrota offers a stunning view of Kotor Bay and an amazing, breathtaking sunset. Close enough to be easily accessible but far away enough to enjoy quiet. In front of the apartments is a lovely beach area. The sea water is calm, warm, clean, clear, and very enjoyable to swim. We can help you with renting a car, motorcycle, or bicycle. You can rent a SUP board also on the property. Guests can use the backyard with barbecue facilities. Apartments Kadena offers air-conditioned accommodation with a flat TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. All units come with a private bathroom fitted with a shower or bathtub. The apartments are fitted with fully equipped kitchenettes. We can offer you a parking space. Your pet is welcome also. The house provides a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The UNESCO-protected old town of Kotor is at a distance of 4,5 km. It is 5 min away by car, or 45 min away on a walk. That is a beautiful walk along the seafront with plenty to see. You can also use a taxi or a bus ride as well. Kotor is a great place to visit and explore. It's full of good restaurants and historical sights. The nearest restaurant is 50 m from the property. There is a grocery store nearby where you can buy food and all the necessary stuff. Local buses stop just 20 m away from the house, on the main road. In the apartment, you will find all the necessary information about how to manage the place, house rules, shop and restaurant locations, public transport, maps of the area, and fliers of the activities you can do.
