In this atypical house, you'll find our rooms and suite, massage room, hammam, whirlpool bath and body treatments, as well as blow-drying, chicha and henna tattooing. Our table d'hôtes is incomparable, whether for breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner. Marrakech, its surroundings and the towns that are not far away will hold no secrets for you, thanks to our excursionists, who know the country inside out. Morocco is magnificent, as you will soon realise. We would like to introduce you to Marrakech as it was introduced to us 20 years ago. We will be delighted to show you the places we like best... The entire team at Dar Khmissa riad & spa in Marrakech is delighted to welcome you to our house. You will find a friendly, family-run residence with 6 bedrooms and a suite. A whirlpool bath on the upper terrace awaits you for relaxation after the souks. Our body treatments, such as hammams and massages, as well as waxing, facials, blow-drying and henna tattooing, are carried out in one of our dedicated rooms by professionals. Our table d'hôtes is much appreciated by our guests, and all our dishes are cooked and baked with fresh, local produce. Our outings in Marrakech, its surroundings and in towns more or less close to the ‘Ochre City’ are also organised with insured professionals. Morocco is a magnificent country. The pearl of Morocco has more than enough to seduce you, as you'll soon realise. We would very much like to introduce you to the monuments, places and attractions that we like best and that live up to their reputation. We remain at your disposal for any information you may require, or to book outings, car hire, meals, hammams, massages, etc...

Neighbourhood information

Dar Khmissa is located in the centre of Marrakech just two minutes from the Jemaa El Fna square, next to the avenue Fétouaki where you can visit the Bahia and Badia palaces, the Méllah market, the jewellers, fabrics and spices souks, as well as the kasbah district. The riad is close to everything so you can visit it all on foot. We suggest that our guests take a taxi just to visit the Majorelle garden and the Yves Saint Laurent museum.
