The tenant must be able to provide passport for all the persons that will be hosted on arrival & shall be held accountable for any wrongdoing or damaged inflicted on the proprety by those persons.
The swimming pool is open daily from 9:00am to 8:00pm during the summer and from 9:00am to 7:00pm during the other seasons. The swimming pool is an unsupervised area. It is the responsibility of guests to supervise their children. We accept no responsibility in the event of an accident. Swimming is strictly reserved for people wearing swimwear. Swimming in street clothes or burkinis is prohibited.
Noise or loud music or other disturbances likely to distrub the peace of surrounding proprety is not permitted.
Marriage certificates are only required for Moroccans; tourists of any other nationality are not concerned at all.
The check-in is between 3pm and 6pm. Arrival time must be agreed in advance. Late arrivals are possible from 18:00, but an additional fee of 250 MAD will be charged on arrival.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
