Brand new apartment owned by young family. In quiet neighbourhood with large green area outside the house, suitable for people traveling with children and/or pets, or for business travel, when your are looking for a calm, relaxing stay. Apartment has fully organised kitchen, washing machine with a dryer, bath and shower, a balcony, piano, separate bedroom with dedicated working space and fast wifi. In close distance there are grocery store, lakes for swimming, tracks in forests, cafes, SPA, etc
We are entrepreneurial family with two dogs. From time to time we travel across Europe by car.
Calm and relaxing surrounding with large green area outside and kinder playground. Away from noises of the city centre, quite even in most touristic periods of year. At the same time, 5min walk to grocery store, cake shop and Sigulda's beer brewery Kussh; and 35-45min walking distance to all central dinning places, pubs, coffee and cake shops, and adventures of Sigulda.
